Stap 2: Wil je een vordering direct overdragen, mail alle relevante gegevens, zoals een kopie van de overeenkomst, facturen, e-mail(s). Maak gebruik van het volgende e-mailadres: klantenservice@justice.nl.

For business-to-business (B2B) debts and for other debts involving a substantial financial interest, our objective is to collect the amount to be recovered or reach a payment arrangement with the debtor within a period of 14 days. For business-to-business (B2B) debts, we engage external parties for business reports. To the extent that such a report is available, we will use it to review your debtor for each B2B debt. Such a report can contribute to an efficient procedure. The fee per report is €25. We are entitled to pass on this fee to you.

• A copy of your Terms & Conditions.
• A copy of the contract with your client.
• A copy of invoice(s).
• E-mail(s) and/or letters with your client.
• Debtor’s info such as phone and/or mobile number.
